The Curse of Claus
December 14, 2022
When you were younger, you believed in me
You loved when I brought you gifts
Brought you joy on Christmas Day
You loved me and fed me, took me under the cover of your Christmas tree
Now you’ve grown old and cold
You’ve forgotten me
I, who have given you life and a childhood
You’ve thrown away the tree and taken down the lights
In your eyes I see hate blended with chaos
I say this now:
Cursed be you!
Cursed be the day you forgot me!
Cursed be all that you love and cherish in this life!
You’ve forgotten me
And now I will forget you forever!
