oh to be loved
but love is in living
and love is in giving
love is in fun
and love is seen in the sun
the sun rises each day and is not afraid to fall
showing us we don’t always have to stand tall
love is in the sunrise
and in the sunset no matter the size
love is new friends being made
and in old friends who have stayed
love is in healing from the bad
and is those who help us when we are sad
love is in us but may never make a sound
but love is always, always, around
we must all open our eyes to the love we have
especially in times of despair, and when we are sad
so take a minute and thank all those around
and open your eyes the love that can be found
